I can travel to see you in your own space, or I can provide use of my own private yoga space. We can work together on particular poses, or focus on some aspect that you want to improve or develop, such as core strength, flexibility, balance, recovery from injury, relaxation or increasing your energy levels.

I also run workshops and sessions focused on how to use yoga to improve your performance, recovery and longevity in your chosen sport. I’m a keen mountain biker, climber, runner and more, and I understand the challenges involved in high-intensity, potentially injurious sports.
