In my day job managing and leading technology teams and driving organisational transformation, I utilise the concepts of DevOps, Lean, Agile, and others, but most importantly of all, I create, build and maintain psychological safety.

Psychological safety is the belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes.

As part of my work, I’ve created a Psychological Safety Toolkit, full of workshops, guides, templates and exercises to use with your teams and organisations. If you work with or for a charity or non-profit, you can even download the toolkit free of charge.
